This is a great ONE SIZE PLUS size cotton crepe layered dress. It is made by Kumbaya, a plus size resortwear brand we carry here in our retail store on Maui. The dress is NWT, surplus from my recent order. It is made from the softest cotton crepe. There are interesting triple short straps at the top of the shoulders.....and then a layer just below the waist that gives the dress a flattering look to it.
